Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management - IT/Services

We are hiring for SCM for India's biggest IT and Services Firm. The Position is of a individual contributor role.Candidates should have Extensive experience in Supply Chain (Strategic sourcing, Category Management for the Indirect Categories).

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop the Sourcing strategy for a Category and associated initiatives

- Determine the internal and external cost drivers in the Category. Provide insight to enable client to make informed choices about the way in which the expenditure is deployed and drive more value from available resources.

- Implement procurement best practise and seek opportunities to improve leverage to achieve competitive advantage for Client.

- Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve and maintain value through the effective management

- Negotiation and completion of contracts of significant spend in the Category

- MI/ Understanding of current and future market trends and dynamics of the category

- Determine external category spend benchmarks by the industry.

- Introduce an effective continuous improvement programme in the category Supply Chain

- Define and develop proposals to automate sourcing activities to enhance value and efficiency

- Draw tactical and strategic savings plan for the category.

- Monitor and track the savings plan by month/quarter.

Education:

Education / Certification: Graduate / Six Sigma certification/ CPM

Experience:

- Experience 10-12 Years (Worked for BFSI Clients)

Candidates having V1 Visa ready would be preferred.
