Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management - Auto/Manufacturing

Supply Chain - Inbound and Logistics :

- RM Planning & Scheduling: Raw material planning,.

Inventory : Responsible for all aspects of inventory planning and management at site from receiving to final disposition of products and materials used in manufacturing. Responsible for major material planning.

- High level of coordination and interaction with Supplier & PPC

- Keeping track of critical material and communicate changes if any proactively

- Responsible inventory control of all raw material

- SAP knowledge Must - Various transactions, transfer posting, Movements, MIGO / MIRO, MRP

- Handling the Team in Supply Chain, Inbound, Logistics and Stores.

- Support in supplier's VA/VE, Kaizen, Lean

- Active Role in ISO 14001, APQP

- Scrap Management - E Auction, Timely disposal, Maintain robust process.

- Direct, Coordinate, assign, monitor & review work of individuals engaged in supply chain.

- In depth knowledge of end to end supply chain processes & related best practices (JIT, JIS, Milk Run, KANBAN etc)

- Well versed with various material handling equipment being used in stores & related safety precaution, measure.

Store Management : 5S, FIFO, Best Practices of storage, Kaizen

Logistics : Local: Optimization in trucking (load, freight charges, cost to company)

Logistics International : Operational process, coordination with FF & CHA for timely shipments, well versed with prerequisites towards remittance.

Logistics : Packaging - Expandable (Meet ISO14001 standard), Two way

General Management :

- Develop, Upgrade skills of team members, Interchangeability.
