Strategic plans:
- Lead the strategy development including long and short term strategic planning, periodic reviews and execution strategy.
- Responsible for market research, analysis and development of strategic insights.
- Takes a leading role in integration and coordination efforts with the business units to support various growth and productivity initiatives. Support implementation of offset programs
- Execute a process for developing and acquiring new business reflecting an understanding of customers' strategic direction/intent, buying practices, requirements, operational needs and challenges.
- Lead companies effects to support business growth through Merger & Acquisitions, Partnership and JVs.
- Develop creative, innovative business models and approaches that result in the capture of new business.
- Formulate Merger & Acquisition strategies and plan execution schedules. Carrying out Merger & Acquisition financial analysis and valuation.
- Coordination and managing due diligence with finance, tax and legal.
- Support the deal negotiation process with necessary analysis.
Competencies:
- Strong experience in leading strategic planning, growth initiatives and Merger & Acquisition activities.
- Experience in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a reputed multinational corporation, management consulting and/or corporate strategy or marketing.
- MBA preferred from a reputed educational institute.
