Job Description :
This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and selection processes for mid to Senior Level hiring .
- Keeping current information on industry trends & competitive landscape
- Ascertain hiring targets are met in a timely & cost effective manner
- Developing sourcing strategies to drive optimal channel mix
- Advising team & stake holders on steps of the recruitment and selection process
- Screening & Interviewing candidates & making recommendations to the hiring manager
- Handling interview logistics & adherence to the processes
- Setting up an operating rhythm with the businesses and keeping metrics
- Participate in projects as required by the function/company
- Ensure process adherence & compliance
- Total work experience of 6-8 years with at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment processes
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree from recognized and reputed University
- Preferred MBA (In Human Resources)
- Proficient in technology which supports the identification and attraction of candidates.
- Experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioral interviewing techniques
- Proficient in creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent including
- Customer oriented, solid team work skills, and the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to leverage technology to enable productivity
Salary Range: 10-12 LPA
