Client Details :

Our client is a significant US headquartered, Fortune 500 Company with diversified lines of business and global presence. Known for creating industry benchmarks in research and development, they are doubling their investments in the Indian market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Senior Sourcing Manager based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, you will be responsible for :

- Sourcing and procurement across various stages of projects encompassing electrical, mechanical and electro mechanical products.

- Formulating the sourcing strategies along with the empanelment, negotiating and maintaining healthy relationships with both local and global vendors

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Driving cost optimization initiatives within internal business units

- Working closely with senior stakeholders & cross functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

You will be a B.Tech/BE (Electrical preferred) with more than 12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement across heavy engineering and Capex. The client is looking for someone with excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills who is proactive towards his/her work
