Senior Manager - Solutioning - F&A - BPO

Sr Manager - Solutioning role with esteemed client in Delhi/Pune

Job Description :

- Knowledge of customer-requirement trends and issues within industry verticals and ability to proactively target pain-areas

- Thorough understanding of sales cycles and buying process, funnel and pipeline management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Building proposals and interaction with internal delivery, finance, legal, marketing teams in developing account specific communique

- Pre-sales support in the form of responding to RFPs, RFIs, preparing proposals, presentations, creating research and business reports, handling client visits.

- The role basically pertains to offshore client/account relationship management

- Participate in Due Diligence/Assessment at client site

- New Business Acquisition

- Involve with identification and creation of platform solutions in the F&A space

- Initiate and implement the innovative concept of IT+BPO+Consulting in F&A pursuits

- Participation in webinars, conferences, workshops and networking with advisors and analysts

- Support end to end F&A process

- Establishing processes & templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs or other customer touch points

- Regular participant in internal best practices communities, knowledge management initiatives.

Security Roles & Responsibilities :

- Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

- Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.

- Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.

- Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.

- Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.

- Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.

- Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status.

- Facilitate Regular Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements.

- Ensure Risk assessment is conducted for the process at the start of Operations and on any major change taking place.

- Review Risk Assessment document and implement mitigations strategies.
