Job Description :
- Train and coach project teams to drive project execution. Train and coach LSS Black Belts and Green Belts through project execution leading up to certification
- Conduct Business Process Reviews (BPR) using Lean methodology
- Successful application of process improvement methodologies to drive improvements and provide quality analytics
- Responsible for aligning various departments towards certification
The Ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas :
- Certified Master Black Belt Roles (mandatory)
- Completed minimum two strategic level BB projects with measurable results
- Conducted LSS BB training's as a lead trainer.
- Lean Expert
