They have plans to further grow their shared-services offerings and are looking for Financial Reporting professionals to be based in Gurgaon. We have a senior vacancy as Senior Manager-Settlements based in NCR.
The incumbent is expected to work in Variable shifts when required and lead a team of over 40#

Senior Manager-Settlements: The incumbent will report to the Head-Operations for Middle Office Operations at NCR and will supervise Middle Office offshore operations. Graduates / Post-Graduates with 9-16 years relevant experience in Settlements (including Securities & Derivatives). Must be working in Tier-1 Global Financial Institutions. Must be currently leading a team of at least 15#. The role is a critical part of SSO Middle Office Operations. The incumbent will work closely with Onshore operations in US, Europe & Asia for efficient operations and one client model
KRAs
Manage Trade Middle Office Offshore Operations for OTC and Listed Securities
Manage Global Operating Model servicing clients across APAC, EMEA and NAM
Manage the ~40 member team and work towards continuous process improvement
Experience in driving operational efficiency, developing quality business metrics covering unit costs, reporting metrics, internal control statics and customer service KPI's
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives
Experience in financial planning processes

Technical Skills Required:
Deep knowledge of Transaction Processing and Securities Services Operations
Analytical thinker with understanding of process automation and reviewing technical Business Requirement Documents
Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client instructed process change and migration of activities to the unit at Gurgaon
Manage existing and develop new and innovative workflow processes in a complex high volume growth environment
Create a scalable organization that is customer focused and profitable
