- SLA and KPI Management; Month, Quarter and Year-end Special Support for Peak Volume Clearance
- Functional Expertise and Support to Client for migrating Legacy ERP platforms to Newer Technologies
- Functional Expertise and Collaboration with Client on Automation Initiatives and Projects
- Procurement Risk and Compliance Support to Client
- Periodic Operational Reviews with Client and Leadership
