Key responsibilities :  - Create roadmap for SEO product and work with other tech/product teams to prioritise and execute SEO related features  - Manage execution plan with clear visibility to senior management on the status and impact of the technical features  - Negotiate with cross functional teams to prioritise SEO requirements as part of their charter  - Work closely with development team in resolving all adhoc prioritisation/clarifications on SEO features  - Create technical OKRs (Objective and Key Results) for every quarter for SEO function  - Design and execute a channel growth plan to expand the business agressively  - Manage SEO optimization and evolution across all categories & product lines  - Ideate, design & lead all SEO initiatives in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance and Business teams.   - Evangelize the SEO business and its needs. Represent SEO at key technical forums - Exec presentations, Product Reviews, OKRs - to ensure visibility for the business  Requirements :  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering(top-tier colleges) required; MBA(top-tier) preferred but not mandatory  - 5+ years in Digital Marketing, or Management consulting experience required  - E-commerce or SEO experience is strongly preferred  - Demonstrated leadership experience and effective coaching skills for high-potential talent  - Very strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills (externally and internally at all levels)  - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheet modeling and trend forecasting (superior Microsoft Excel skills a must)  - Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment  - Excellent presentation skills, including superior Microsoft Powerpoint knowledge  - Need to be self motivated and proactive.
