- Leads execution of the integrated audit process (primarily as in-charge/also as engagement supervisor) and may participate in audits (generally to provide subject matter knowledge/skills), in accordance with Audit policy.   - Identifies and assesses key risks and controls and develops effective test plans for engagements as assigned with limited guidance.   - Exhibits appropriate judgment regarding issue notification, issues draft findings to client management, and drafts final audit reports for review by the Engagement Supervisor or Senior Audit Manager.   - Demonstrates depth and breadth of knowledge/understanding (technology, operational, financial, regulatory) across multiple businesses and/or develops knowledge in a critical subject matter area.   - Often leads multiple concurrent projects that are generally moderate to large in size and moderate to high in complexity.   - Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical, and regulatory environment across multiple businesses and/or develops strong subject matter knowledge in critical areas of the business.   - Able to evaluate and provide appropriate solutions for complex problems.   - Demonstrates professional skepticism. Presents audit results in an objective and unbiased manner. Writes opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions. Escalates significant risks and loss exposures to appropriate levels of management.  Key Skills :  - Developing highly complex data analysis applications using tools such as SQL and/or SAS, working on exception/trend analysis of historical information and incorporating predictive analysis methods, assessing and accurately interpreting data analysis results, identifying new, innovative methods and tools for incorporation into data analysis practice, navigating within technology environments to locate, validate, extract, and format data for data analysis.   - Provides individualized and classroom training regarding data analysis methods and tools. May mentor staff regarding intermediate to advanced data analysis concepts and tools. Conveys expertise around data analysis, business terminology and risk impact to non-technical audit and client personnel.
