Senior Manager - Supply Chain Business Transformation

Supply Chain Strategy Deployment |Bangalore, India

Responsibilities :

- As a Sr Manager in the Strategy Deployment team, you will be expected to drive the management of change in your area and be at the heart of a Supply Chain Transformation initiative.

- Own the data and metrics vertical within the business transformation function.

- Develop and own the org wide supply chain metrics; create drill able dashboards which are intuitive and easy to use

- Create and develop these metrics in a balanced scorecard (BSC)/ objectives and key results (OKR) framework

- Play a pivotal role in the creation and roll out of strategic frameworks

- Provide thought leadership within and outside your team

- Align the leadership and the org on key strategic initiatives

- Ensure that there is alignment on RACI across relevant functions

- Ensure that all projects and programs have a link to strategy

- Provide an outside-in perspective while at the same time keeping an end-to-end perspective in all your solutions

- Lead the governance on the management and delivery of critical projects

- Work as an effective change agent and support the management of Change

Requisites : 4 -10 Years experience in Retail/ Supply Chain/ eCommerce/ Consulting as a Strategy/ Program/ Planning Manager
