- The role is accountable for ensuring no gaps between sales plan, purchase plan, capacity plan and inventory levels in the system. The role covers all operational and strategic aspects of managing the business in line with the company's visions, values and strategy as well as sound, long-term business practices.   KRAs :  - Implement and Manage sales and operations planning (S&OP) function.  - Ensure accurate forecasting as per monthly and yearly forecasting reports, ensure forecasts accuracy is over 90%  - Oversee demand and supply balancing (DSB) and retail inventory function  - Provision of inventory management strategies, processes and costs for new business opportunities  - Manage key suppliers, distributors, Channel Partners and internal business partners  Candidate Profile :  - Should be a PG from a reputed B School  - Should have 7-10 years of relevant experience  - Exceptional leadership skills.
