Client Details :
Our client is an US based MNC and one of leading manufacturers of office furniture. They have a global presence with over 600 dealers in over 120 countries. They employ close to 6,000 people worldwide. They specialize in manufacturing of work spaces, seating, systems furniture, storage and wood casegoods.
They are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Sales Finance at their Chennai office to strengthen their finance team.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, your responsibilities will include :
- Must have experience with customer rebates, internal and external commission programs, Sales Dashboards, sales team KPI's and reporting, creating customer score cards, customer and product profitability.
- Accurate and timely analysis of Inventory, AR, Reserves, Revenue, Margins, Absorption Rates, Bookings and Backlog
- Credit Control & DSO Management for optimum utilization of working capital
- Communicate with marketing, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, merchandising and sales to build robust business case assumption
- Perform appropriate gross profit analysis
Profile :
- You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10-12 years post qualification experience.
- You have excellent Finance, Forecasting and Analysis skills. A leader with excellent team management and stakeholder management skills to successfully manage the role.
- You should have an in depth understanding and direct exposure of key activities including Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting and Commercial finance. Exposure of working on Tally or other ERP's in manufacturing are a necessity. Candidates working in a manufacturing concern need only apply.
