Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Debt Capital Market - Structured Products - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
Position : Debt. Capital Market.
Qualification : MBA/Professional qualification.
Key Deliverables :
- Responsible for structuring and executing debt financing transactions under DCM space
- Placement of debt market products to various market participants eg. Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, FIIs, Family Offices, Provident/Pension Funds, NBFCs, Corporates etc.
- Origination of transactions for under DCM.
- To provide analytical support to generate tailored funding.
- Preparation of Internal credit memos, investor teasers, presentations, term sheets etc
- Liasoning with rating agencies, and people involved in tax, regulatory, legal matters.
Profile : Key specs :
- Excellent networking ability with market participants for Origination and Placement of deals
- Understanding of debt market and latest developments in the market and regulations with regard to same
- Skilled in negotiation, modelling and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
