Designation: Senior Manager-Rewards
Position reports to Director-HR India and lead the India C&B activities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Consult with Indian HR and business leadership to develop solutions to business and employee issues.
- Work close with key global operations team members in HQ in development of Rewards solutions.
- Ensure that corporate total rewards programs are effectively adapted, implemented and administered within the Region, with unique approaches put forward with compelling business cases.
- Oversee all compensation and benefits programs in India to ensure ability to address business needs and in alignment with corporate guidelines and policies
- Work closely with the Global Rewards team to realize global rewards strategy within the Region.
- Provide insight and direction to the Global Rewards team and broader HR team on unique needs of India
- Represent India on all Global Rewards issues.
- Participate in various Global Rewards projects with impact beyond India.
- Provide interpretation, instruction, guidance and education, to country HR team on all base pay, salary planning, variable incentives programs and sales compensation plans.
- Ensure tactical components of all corporate programs are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the annual compensation bench-marking and assessment of competitiveness for country.
- Develop balanced offers for key new hires
Desired Profile:
- 10-14 years of broad C&B/Rewards experience in IT/ITES domain
- Salary survey bench-marking and analysis as well as salary planning; Ability to consult on rewards (compensation and benefits) solutions; Sales and incentive compensation plans; Benefit plans
- Demonstrated ability to balance interests of multiple assertive clients (local and global) to develop best solution while maintaining positive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build effective influential relationships across organizations
- Familiarity with service businesses, with specific industry experience a strong plus
- Demonstrated effective communication and consulting skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Fluency in English
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapidly developing business needs.
