About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational in the life sciences and health care space in India. With a strong global market leading brand to leverage from, their India operations are growing consistently in the past few years of their presence in India. They are currently hiring for a revenue accounting expert based out of their office in Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting directly into AVP- finance, you will be responsible for :

- Lead a team of high performing Individual Contributors in Global Revenue Accounting and Reporting Function.

- Should have exposure to US GAAP, SOX and other applicable provisions relevant to accounting processes as well as associated tax requirements

- Must be able to develop and implement robust, global, standard processes and controls and map financial processes

- Demonstrate a global process understanding and mindset while consistently seeking out external, as well as internal, world-class practices and benchmarking our processes against these.

- Provide strong support to the team during statutory and Internal Audit of processes.

- Should be able to contribute to strategic and tactical direction for the strategy, design, and implementation of financial accounting processes and systems in a global environment.

- Must have the ability to effectively represent in cross functional forums. Should have knowledge of Six Sigma methodology as needed for robust process design.

The Successful Candidate

- You are a CA with 5-7 years of post qualification experience in an MNC environment.

- You should have exposure of interacting with stakeholders from different countries and cultural environments.

- Should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of experienced managers and employees.

- Prior experience of Revenue Accounting is a must.
