Senior Manager - Record to report
- Qualified Chartered/Cost Accountant with 10-12 years of experience in GL/R2R and OTC
- Professional post qualification Experience 10-12 Years
- Demonstrated proficient leadership qualities, proactive thinker
- Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, exposure to monthly closing, reporting ( Financial Planning & Analysis), Auditing
- Flexible enough to deal with multiple issues at the same time, able to maintain a constantly high level of alertness
- Ability to reason with, analyze, and draw conclusions from facts and data
- Understands and displays sensitivity to customer (Internal & External) needs and concerns and minimizes anxiety and frustration
- Good working knowledge of IFRS
- Mindset of excellent process execution and continuous improvement
- Excellent in oral and written English language
- Team expectation and attrition management
- ERP Expertise preferably Oracle, Exposure to sox and Multi tasking
- Ability to get into micro level details if required
- Should be able to carry a multi- functional team. Should have led a team of 50+ FTEs in RTR
- Ability to get perform in a high speed, demanding and conflicting environment
