Senior Manager - Real Estate Acquisition - Retail (5-8 yrs)

Candidate should have Land Transactions & Land leasing experience.
The role would be reporting into GM - Real Estate Acquisition
The purpose of the job is to scout sites for the Best price cash and carry store for the company.

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Manage a group of Real Estate Brokers - Maintain a pool of good IPC and regional brokers
2. Maintain a healthy pipeline of sites for cash and carry stores - Build a relationship with builders and developers and local Landlords.
3. Get 5-6 sites approved in the IREC per year - Having a thorough knowledge of the WM processes and way of working
4. MAJOR CHALLENGES
- The role required scouting for large land parcels in a range of 3.5 to 5 acres
5. KEY DECISIONS
- Financial acumen to understand the key financial of the project to make a sound business decision.
- Have a sound Project Management Knowledge.
6. DIMENSIONS
- Externally focused so as to manage the Landlord and other RE vendors.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- PG/MBA with a sound real estate knowledge
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in acquiring land with large organisations
