Our Client is Fortune 500 IT Client  Position: Senior Manager - Quality  Total 13 to 16 years of experience:  - Should have blended experience in development, Project delivery and 4-5 years in Quality management  - Should have led process improvement initiatives, Process definition, CMMi Services model, development model and implementation  - Should be strong in Risk and metrics based project reviews for delivery excellence  - Should have done Process audits and process consulting   - Good understanding of Software engineering concepts, ITIL concepts  - Tools and techniques - Lean techniques, software engineering tools, automation and project management tools  Candidate must have CMMi level 5 implementation of experience & also experience in Project Delivery  Salary will be between 18 lac p.a. to 20 lac p.a
