Senior Manager - Quality - BPO (8-10 yrs)
Key Skills & Experience
- Post Graduate with 8 to 10 Years of experience in managing service delivery of Quality & Assurance
- Completed at least two full-fledged black belt process certification (particularly in finance and operations)
- Experience in doing detailed value stream mapping
- QMS/ISO certification is an advantage
- Expert - MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
- Six Sigma, Exposure with BPO & ITES, Black Belt, Quality Management, Process Improvement & Automation, Project Management, Process Excellence
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent written, oral, analytical with strong interpersonal skills with a ability to work with overseas customers
- Be able to deliver consistent, high quality, professional customer service
- Excellent People Management Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving Process Excellence through Lean Six Sigma & Kaizen projects
- Training & Monitoring Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt of the organization
- Focusing on productivity improvement, Quality check and Quality improvement, and enhanced customer satisfaction which improve the overall business outcomes
