KRA/ Skills:

- Prepare objectives, scorecards and progress review mechanism for process re-engineering to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

- Build quality DNA within the organization.

- Own accountability for benefits realization.

- Assist business, function and leadership across the company to meet the demands of the evolving market structure and financial reforms; mitigate risks for the company brought about by such market changes.

- Assist in creation of processes which strengthen first line of defense within ops & IT

- Design solutions with a focus on elimination of redundant work, automation, standardization and best practices definition

- Sweat current assets to deliver higher productivity

- The holder of this role will directly interact with heads of functions & departments.

- The initiatives or improvement projects will have a direct impact on costs/profits/productivity and organization culture. The end Customer, Management & Banks will be the key stakeholders/customers.

- To identify business related projects / opportunities and solve them to stakeholder satisfaction.

- Undertake strategic projects and initiatives to meet and exceed stakeholders' expectations

- The holder of this role will directly interact with heads of functions & departments.
