Job Description :
- Independently support multiple Line of business in strategic development and deployment of the Continuous Improvement program.
- Work closely with leadership to strengthen areas of engagement, leveraging and mentoring Black Belts in execution of initiatives.
- Support the quality and process improvement program
- Coach and mentor Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure rigorous and timely completion of projects.
- Coach and train people on Six Sigma and Lean concepts.
Essential Skills :
- Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma/Lean(Mandatory)
- Over 8 years of work experience with relevant experience in the off shoring industry (BPO/KPO/LPO)
- Proficient in quantitative six sigma tools such as Minitab, JMP, etc.
- Expert knowledge of techniques, concepts, and tools of process improvement/redesign
