Senior Manager - Purchase - Paper

1. Synchronizing with resources at local, regional and global level so as to develop and accomplish purchasing and sourcing plan

2. Administering the direct purchasing and sourcing of dry goods on the basis of quality/cost comparison, using approved suppliers

3. Locating and identifying the sources of packaging materials vendors and developing them so as to meet company requirements

4. Representing in negotiating contracts, competitive prices and formulating service contracts with suppliers

5. Negotiating for service contracts and competitive prices

6. Responsible for arranging the purchases and coordinating their receipts

7. Mediating with Accounts for ensuring availability of adequate funds to meet the Suppliers payment plans

8. Authenticating quality and quantity of purchases as per specified norms/ standards

9. Managing inventory (Stocktaking, documentation, disbursement, reorder etc.)

10. Maintaining ERP system to support sourcing information needs
