Senior Manager - Project Finance - International Syndication - BFSI

Position: Sr. Manager Debt. Syndication.

Qualification: MBA.

Job Role:

- Structuring and execution of debt deals (international syndication)

- Preferred experience should be a mix of origination and execution

- Should have a good understanding of finance and should be able to analyse the client's requirement intelligently and suggest solutions

- Liasioning with Banks/FIs and Investors at middle and senior level for fund raising. Candidates having existing senior and middle level relations with banks would be preferred

- Negotiations with financial lenders / investors for financial closure

- Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modelling, comprehensive report writing by junior colleagues

- Experience in execution of non-debt transactions like PE / M&A (will be a value add)
