Senior Manager - Product & Strategy

Primary Responsibilities :

The role entails answering key strategic questions, designing solution framework and developing a sellable product. Specifically, the role entails the following :

Market Research by sector : Business Scenario Assessment; Demand Estimation (Job roles); Competition Profiling; Risk Profiling; Regulatory Analysis; Stakeholder Outreach

Business Modelling : Developing Pricing Strategy, Offering bundling/ un-bundling, value proposition etc.

Solution Definition : Partnership Alliances, Product Features; Assessment Requirements etc.

- Piloting product Construct

- Institutionalization

- Hypothesis Testing

- P&L Management

Secondary Responsibilities :

- Able to independently scope, define and lead cross-functional projects and own responsibility of outcomes

- Strong problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills,

- Excellent attention to detail and strong business judgement

- Proficiency in market research, program management and managing cross-functional teams

- Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to present in senior management settings

- Ability to work with multiple disparate teams (external & within the group) and ensure delivery.

- Quick learner - needs to adapt based on specific business requirements.

Qualifications/ Experience :

- Candidates with background in Management Consulting / Strategy/ Product Management preferred

- Preference for candidates with exposure to Education/ Development Space

- MBA/MS from a reputed Tier 1 Institute

- 5- 8 years of overall work-experience

- Other key qualities include a positive attitude, ability to multi- task and meet deadlines, work efficiently under pressure with a careful attention to detail and a strong work ethic in a very fast paced work environment.
