Responsibilities :
- Provide expertise and support in developing and implementing analytics solutions to support Products and Client Segments.
- Embed analytics in the business so that campaigns drive income as per Retail Clients Strategy and P&L targets, specifically:
- Client segmentation
- Client Lifecycle Management ( Acquire and activation, Cross Sell/Up Sell, Retention & Win-back)
- Enable scientific "test and learn" for direct to client campaigns
- Leads and trigger development from both segmentation and propensity models
- Pricing analytics and optimization
Qualifications & Skills :
- 7+ years' experience in roles at an executive level ideally including experience covering Product analytics, Marketing analytics, data driven marketing and project management across a range of Portfolios and/or Industries
- Strong in statistical techniques and propensity modelling
- Sound understanding of analysing large volumes of data
- Understanding and practice of digital analytics an advantage
- Very strong SAS, SQL and Excel/VBA skills
