Job Profile : Senior Manager - Product Management

Job Location : Bangalore.

Job Description :

- As a Product Manager, you will define a cross-functional technical product portfolio road map. This road map advances the platform and shared frameworks powering business.

- You will drive the foundational layer of the product strategy and technical vision and will be working with other senior leaders in product and technology to execute.

- This role is inherently cross-functional, you will work closely with Product leadership, engineering, design and executive teams to build capabilities to market and develop and grow business opportunities.

- A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality frameworks that powers simple, scalable products and applications that customers love.

- Lead the development of the consumer-focused product, technical strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis

- Define creative, high quality, simple product road maps based on team strategy and vision

- Develop detailed, crisp requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application

- Manage prioritization and trade-offs as a technical platform product owner among customer experience, performance and operational support load

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market

- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the business ability to meet strategic and technical goals.

Basic Qualifications :

- Direct experience leading the development and launch of consumer software and/or hardware products.

- At least 10 years experience leading product development with products/focus areas, product management, and/or program management.

- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (CS preferred)
