Senior Manager - Process Excellence - BFSI

Job Responsibilities :

- Attain full understanding of all steps of a process.

- Ability to identify and execute process improvements by using Lean/Six sigma tools & techniques

- Adapt and deliver work independently across multiple projects and teams.

- Base lining using standard techniques, root cause analysis and timely reporting

- Adhere to standards and provides Quality output.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

- Looking for Operational Excellence professionals with strong communications skills with one of our leading client in Hyderabad

- Should have experience of leading & executing black belt projects for any financial services domain.

- Black belt certified will be an added advantage but not mandatory

- Should be willing to work in UK shifts

- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

- Should have technical proficiency in tools like Minitab/Visio/MS project/ or any other tool
