Job Profile : Manage the annual compensation process for India & Overseas, partnering with senior leadership team to determine annual salary increases, promotions and other compensation decisions

- Lead the Performance Management/Rewards cycle and handle the variable payouts

- Research, strategize, benchmark and formulate Indian and Global policies

- Conduct analyses and prepare the presentation for the Annual Board of Directors meet

- Oversee vendor negotiations and monitor benefits to ensure that they are cost effective and support employee needs

- Expat Management & Global Compensation

- Resolve compensation issues and independently make appropriate recommendations to the management
