About our Client - Our client is a renowned world leader in the manufacturing sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. They are looking to recruit an established HR professional to lead the R&D HR operations in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Supply Chain Head HR you will be responsible for :

- Performance management creating a work environment in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities.

- Building a talent pipeline and ensure talent is managed effectively through various interventions including talent review processes

- Compensation and Benefits

- Pro actively work to address industrial employee relations issues through strategic management interaction

- Driving overall HR Business Partnering for the unit and leading cultural transformation, employee communication and engagement

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally, you come with 8-10 years of experience of managing plant HR activities and Corporate HR.

- Working as a Senior manager HR you will be responsible for end to end HR activities of the Plant

- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with past experience of working in an MNC is desirable.
