Senior Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
Scope : Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating Employee Relations and Human Resource policies, programs, and practices.
Education : MBA / PGDHRM/ MLS /MSW. An LLB degree would be an added advantage.
Age and Experience :
- 32 - 40 yrs.
- Al least 10 years- experience in working with a medium to large manufacturing house

- Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan in line with budgeted manpower and costs.
- Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
- Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes
- Ensuring the preparation & submission of statutory compliance under various labour laws and handling labour inspections
- Maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives and keep attrition rates at industry benchmarks.
- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Direct the administration of benefits programs to include: health, retirement, death and disability.
- Drive Performance Appraisal Management System
- Create the HR organization structure and staff it with the requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and programs; guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services
-Design and implement programs for the identification and development of high potential talent - to build a pipeline of future leaders for the company
