PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

- To grow the business of Pension with quality sourcing and channel management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main duties, task and responsibilities of the role:

1. Business development: Acquisition of corporate for NPS, rolling out the concept of NPS in the acquired corporate and assist the service providing team in increasing the NPS penetration among employees

2. Channel Management: Coordinating with internal channels ( e.g corporate salary account team, wholesale banking team, Group Life Team,) and external channels (e.g. various service providers in the locations, motivating team to generate corporate leads and successful closure.

3. Working closely with cross functional team to ensure timely execution of work

4. To act as a product champion /Leader and assist cross functional team and implement NPS aggressively in corporate

5. To eye for new service provider opportunity in the region- identify potential broking / financial houses and down load the concept of NPS to them and work closely with them to start NPS corporate and retail business for their customers.
