- Handling a team of Operations Analysts (SCM)

- End-to-end process design and development

- Evaluation, identification and on-boarding of vendors

- Vendor relationship management

- Inventory positioning and management

- Development of Operating Plan

- Overall city launch plan

- Identification, negotiation and engagement with partner stores

- Vehicle scheduling and route planning

- Support manpower planning and hiring

- Procurement planning for city launch

- Training of vendor/vendor staff

- Forecasting procurement requirements, Procurement Planning, and liaising with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs of Delivery Stations country-wide

- Overall management of operations post-launch till handover

- Day-to-Day management of Store Operations at outlet pickup points
