- 6-8 years of post qualification exp into Risk/OSM

- Any industry background will do, until & unless the candidate has knowledge on banking/captive industry

- Knowledge of Internal Financial Controls / SOX Compliance

- Well conversant with Accounting, Reporting, consolidation, Financial norms e.g, IFRS, IAS etc

- Knowledge of Product Control in Investment Banking environment

- Good Understanding of Operational Risk which includes risk in finance and capital market

- Well conversant with general accounting tools / applications

- Knowledge of MS office (word, excel, ppt, Access etc)

- Knowledge of Macros is advantageous
