Job description  Key Responsibilities:  - Extensively involved in running and handling end to end Digital Marketing including Online, Mobile and Social Media Marketing.  - An expert in handling online promotion activities using social networking sites like facebook etc. Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages  - Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic & leads  - Develop and discover new marketing initiatives and means of online distribution.  - Become an advocate of the B2C business in social media spaces, engaging in dialogue and answering questions where appropriate. Manage Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company.  - Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results   - Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into product and other teams to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.  - Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and development.  Desired Skills and Experience:  Skills and Knowledge Prerequisites:  - Bachelors degree or higher preferred from a reputed business school  - Strong MS Office skills  - Excellent English language skills (both written as well as verbal)  - Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn & must be detail oriented  - Self-motivated, with a well-developed ability to grasp assignments and execute them from inception to completion  - Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and organizational skills  - Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously
