Sr. Manager-Non IT Procurement Global Strategic Sourcing

CTC : 15 - 20 LPA

- Should have Strong Global Sourcing Experience for Global Locations, Preferably for APAC region.

- Front-ending Role, Should have Strong experience and Knowledge in Vendor Identification & Management, Floating RFX, Contract Drafting & Negotiation. Procurement Operation Experience is not an ideal experience for the role.

Shift Time : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

- The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of team management and a sourcing / procurement background.

- his individual will be accountable for interfacing with senior business leaders across different business groups, including US-based management and Asia-based senior management.

- This individual will be a team leader, highly organized, analytical, resourceful, detail oriented with excellent verbal and written English skills and have experience working with constituents located outside of India including United States, UK and Asia

Key Responsibilities :

- Development of strategic sourcing opportunities through the introduction of a competitive marketplace, demand management, supplier consolidation, and process reengineering

- Manage the workflow and assignment of all work for the local team.

- Management of competitive bid processes including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs

- Partner with Category Leads and Legal team in the negotiation of various types of Vendor agreements; including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) etc.

- Thorough reporting and analyses of sourcing activities at the group and functional levels.

- Partner in the negotiation of associated legal agreements

- Leverage technology for the benefit of internal clients, recommending process improvements where applicable (for efficient cost allocations, accruals, etc.)

- Manage a robust pipeline of transactions in parallel with broader strategic projects

- Lead and drive the identification, planning and management of a pipeline of strategic sourcing projects for SVM.

- Market research and benchmarking of suppliers and related service categories

- Recruit, cultivate, and manage high-potential team members

- Think and act globally to lead and collaborate effectively on a cross-functional basis. Align the business unit, local, regional and global organization to maximize achievement of sourcing objectives and continuity of supply to position sourcing as a competitive advantage for the Company
