Senior Manager - NEN Startup Helpdesk - International Organization

Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA

Be available for startups in helping them resolve their issues.

Solving entrepreneur issues/challenges which Level 1 consultant could not address.

Focus would be providing solutions that concern the common areas that most of the startups face in their running of their operations.

Escalate very specific and contextual problems which require much deeper involvement to NENs Mentor network.

Create a knowledge base of various commonly asked queries and their solutions.

Responsible for creating a series how to guides for startups

Responsible for creating a how to guides for industry specific scenarios by working with industry experts in NEN network

A minimum of 8 -12 years experience.

Prior experience in the startup ecosystem (own entrepreneurial journey or have been an active player in the start-up ecosystem for 5+ years)

A very good understanding of startups in terms of their challenges, opportunities, growth path, investing environment etc.

Ability to conceptualize, document and publish solution sets.

Excellent inter personal relationship and communications skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and strong attention to detail.
