QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ideal candidate will be a post graduate in management information systems, computer science or a related field with minimum 3 years of experience identifying and documenting business requirements at multiple levels, and across complex projects that impact several systems and functional areas
- Experience with database management and MIS design/configuration of systems such as Oracle, Azure, SAP, and Access.
- Experience analyzing large volumes of data using tools such as Excel, R, SAS, SPSS or Stata
- Excellent analysis and writing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of time within India
The preferred repertoire of desired expertise/skills includes:
- Knowledge of Health/Pharma sector, Sales and marketing of OTC/prescription products.
- Experience in Agile development
- Ability to document process flows using UML with a process flow tool like MS Visio or PowerPoint
- Documented experience working on enterprise solutions utilizing CRM or ERP solutions
- Experience with mobile applications
