Senior Manager - Methods & Maintenance - Energy Management

Client: Leading energy management company

- Lean manufacturing experience

- Process automation, machine building experience, low cost automation, pokoyoke/jiduko implementation,

- Industrial engineering - cycle time optimisation, time-motion study - MTM/MOST, training cell development, ergonomy study,

- Capacity management - process, tools and moulds

- Mechatronics, maintenance of semi-automated machines, spares management, facility maintenance, tool building

- Knowledge of special processes - welding, painting, gas filling, process design, process layout

- Knowledge of health and safety need in a light engineering company

- Knowledge of designing processes for quality needs

- Knowledge of six sigma will be an additional benefit

- Knowledge of diagnosis of industrial performance - process efficiency, machines efficiency - root cause analysis

- Having exposure to production would be an added benefit

- Knowledge of building and working to achieve industrial performance
