Coding Operations Senior Manager  Job Function :  Coding Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, productivity, quality, ICD-10 education completion, employee management and development, and clients within a specific client group or geography of clients.  Job Description :   Professional Experience  - Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the process are met as agreed upon with the client. Identify causes for non-achievement of SLAs, develop solutions and execute the same.  - Prepare Ramp up and Performa for new clients to ensure smooth and effective transitions.  - Effective transition of coding work orders and setting operational and work process with the client.  - Manage resources based on inventory to ensure client deliverable are met as per defined Service Level Agreements  - Perform Mid month analysis to ensure that there is no dip in the download volume and take appropriate actions based on trend analysis   - Confirm production numbers with the MIS team and raise invoice based on the monthly production volume  - Manage a team of 200+ coders with a span of managers, Senior and Associate managers.  - Explore possibilities of productivity improvements by focused training in domain and technical skills, technology solutions and through providing support and motivation to team  - Establish good relationship with customers through continuous performance, meeting and often exceeding customer expectations in terms of SLAs and key performance indicators  - Represent Operation's Panel during the recruitment process  - Support in transition of new business from existing or new clients which includes resource identification, coordination with customers and CRMs  - Take steps for Attrition control.  Client Management :   - Maintains customer retention and satisfaction.   - Is responsive to customer needs, anticipates problems and takes action to resolve them before they develop into significant customer issues/dissatisfaction.   - Keeps the leadership team informed of customer issues.   - Responds to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.   - Reacts to Site Supervisor daily status reports.   - Informs leadership team of new business opportunities with existing customers and provides input that will assist sales and others as appropriate to pursue and close such opportunities.   Qualifications :  Consideration for the role of Coding Operations Senior Manager requires all of the following :   - Bachelor or Master Degree from any certified Organization.   - AAPC or AHIMA certification.  - Supervisory experience preferred   - Over all 12+ experience in Healthcare industry.  - Excellent client and customer relations skills required.   - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred.
