Senior Manager - Marketing - Mall Events & Promotions (10-17 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Mall, Facility, Assets & Events Management, CAM Management
- Billing & collections, Space Management
- Leasing & Renewals; People Development & Management, Business Development
- Revenue generation, Competition mapping Vendor Development & Management, Reporting & MIS, Mall/ Property Audits etc.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Conceptualize and implement SOP's for Mall Events & Promotions, Facility Management, Fire & Safety, Mall Fit out Manual, Mall Marketing calendar; in coordination with various departments to enhance the service levels of the Malls to increase customer walk - in's and conversions.
- Formulate financial budgets and monitor performance against budgets.
- Develop & prepare pre-opening teams, systems & processes for new properties
- Lead a team members to manage the entire territory operations
