Position: Sr. Manager- Marketing Analytics  Want to be part of the most disruptive and fastest growing eCommerce Company in India with world- class team, long-term vision, and tier-one VCs backing it-   KRA's :  Analytics :  - To be involved in big data analytics  - Develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation, and data-driven analysis to drive marketing and merchandising efforts around customer acquisition and conversion  - Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modelling  - Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform  New Initiatives :  - Explore marketing, operational recommendations as part of research; analyze and draw conclusions based on the implications of findings.  - Analyze potential of new product ideas based on market modelling, business/category plans.  - Develops and presents business plans and justification for new business opportunities/new products  Desired competencies :  - 2+ Years of experience in Analytics  - From Tier 1 Engineering and Management College  - Superior analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems  - Strong understanding in technology  - Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
