Managing Existing Plants and New Plants in pipe-line

Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit Protocol.

Identification, facilitation and training of improvement projects.

Support in developing Loss deployment matrix across the organization. (Cost, quality, productivity, material, dispatch, Safety, customer complaint etc)

Driving the Six Sigma matrix and reporting to all the stake holders.

Also, ensuring team participation in internal as well as external competition.

Participate in the development of a labor relations strategy, and the implementation of that strategy.

Participate in a business simplification initiative.

Participate in a manufacturing cost-reduction initiative.

Candidate Requirement :

B.E / MBA ( preferred )

TPM / BLACK BELT / Lean Management is a must

Should have worked in plant level dynamics

Good understanding of Performance & Processes
