I have started STEPS after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR.. My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

At this time we have a position in the Secretarial dept of a large Indian MNC

Job Description :

Job Title : Sr.Manager/Manager - Secretarial

Reporting To : Group Head - Secretarial

Location : Noida

Qualification : CS

Job Description :

The candidate should have experience of about 10 to 15 years . The exposure of working in a listed Company is a must.

Must have good knowledge of Companies Act 2013 & the revised listing agreement and experience of dealing with:

- Merger & Acquisitions

- ESOP reporting

- Compliance management

- Drafting of Directors report, AGM notice & Postal Ballot notice etc. as per new provisions

- e-Filing

- RoC & stock exchange matters

- Various Government approvals

- Secretarial Audit

- Audit etc.
