Opportunity for Sr. Sales/ Sales Manager Role-Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai & Pune
What is the Job like :
- We are looking for Sales Managers & Senior Sales Managers with 4-12 years of sales xperience, for XYZ.com who will report into our Zonal Sales Head, and be responsible for the end to end sales process of his zone.
- This role will focus on executing on our ambitious sales plans across the country. We will be targeting businesses of all sizes for adoption & monetisation of XYZ.com; though the primary focus would be on organizations that have an employee strength of 200 or above.
- You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes for XYZ.com to organisations based out of your city.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
- Hunting for new clients and leads in your zone
- Aggressively pursuing leads and exceeding sales targets for new users
- Making targeted pitches to prospective customers
- Gathering feedback from clients for product enhancements
- Tracking and monitoring relevant metrics pertaining to sales activity - such as lead generation, client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc - in our CRM
- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly metrics
- Generating prospective leads for customers in different sectors by participating in relevant events covering different sectors
- Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space
Who Should Apply for this Role :
- You have a relevant graduate degree. MBA from a premier b-school would be added advantage
- You have 4-8 years of experience in sales of tech products/services to enterprises primarily selling to IT heads, CIO's & CTO's.
- You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effectively targeted pitches
- You possess the ability to work with aggressive targets, and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock
- You are very hands on and believe in getting things done effectively
- You are aggressive and target oriented
- You have the ability to assess market trends and shape sales strategies
- You possess excellent analytical capabilities
- You possess excellent communication skills
- You take great pride in being an excellent networker; and have the capability to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
