Position Title, Responsibility Level Sr. Manager/Manager   Function F&A   Reports to AVP   Location Noida SEZ   Basic Function - Six Sigma Black Belt SM/Manager will work on Operational Excellence as part of F&A Noida QPE team.   Essential Functions   Lead and support strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups - Function as a as a Six Sigma (Transformation) Consultant to coordinate and complete projects   Define performance and results and manage project teams   Investigate non-standard requests and problems and make presentations to senior leadership   Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope   Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks  Prioritize work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned   Primary Internal Interactions: F&A Ops team  Primary External Interactions :  Client Interaction   Organizational Relationships   Reports To : AVP Supervises : None   Skills   Technical Skills   Lean six sigma black belt certification required   Knowhow of the prevalent tools and technologies   Well versed with Six sigma and Lean methodology   Moderate to advanced MS Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills   Process Specific Skills :  Familiar with F&A industry (Particularly insurance F&A)   Soft skills: (Desired)   Strong written communication skills   Very strong skills in collaboration/team player   Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings -   Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities   Soft Skills: (Minimum)   Good Communication skills   Education Requirements  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience   Black Belt Six Sigma Certification is mandatory.   Work Experience Requirements :  2+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects -   2+ years experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions   Prior F&A experience  Lead couple of transformation initiatives
