Job Description :  Company: Leading General Insurance Co.  Department: Legal Litigation  Reporting to: AVP - Legal  Work Timings: General Shift.  Job Location: Mumbai  Work Days: 5  Role & Responsibilities :  1. To monitor Consumer and connected litigations for assigned area.  2. Attending High Court /City Civil Court for hearing of Arbitration/ Recovery/summary suit matter  3. Coordinating with advocates in dealing with cases, briefing and assisting in effective disposal and contesting cases wherein company arrayed as a party.   4. To manage and administer the day to day proceedings of matters at different tires of litigation.  5. To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in the litigations.  6. To develop a comprehensive and analytical database with respect to the claims.  7. Conducting a search on various Case laws, legal issues etc.  8. Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and co-ordination with external counsels.   Education Requirements: Law Graduates.
