Purpose of the Job
Communication :
- Contribute in driving the internal communications of the firm
- Support specialized Human Capital campaigns and messaging, including employee benefits, performance management etc.
- Support internal and external talent branding (including campus branding) initiatives for the firm
- Review of internal policies for HC and other internal functions
- Create end to end campaigns for internal consumption across functional needs
- Support leadership communication needs
- Work on generating content for newsletters, internal portal, email campaigns, mailers, posters etc.
The person we are looking for :
- Should have prior corporate communications experience of at least 5 years.
We would prefer candidates with ingrained experience in Communications teams, over those from PR agencies or media owing to a requirement of managing multiple internal stakeholders and project management for campaigns.
Graduation and Post-graduation in Journalism, Mass Media, English or allied fields preferred.
Good understanding of social media messaging will be helpful to the strength of the candidature.
Strong writing and editing skills are mandatory.
