Client : A reputed Real Estate Asset Management Group in Gurgaon.  Qualification : Any Graduate,CA Qualified  Job Description :  Reporting to : GM Finance  - Looking for candidates from Big 4, Big 8 OR Tier 2 Consulting firms.  - IFRS accounting practical experience  - Expertise in conceptualizing and reviewing financial procedures and actively involved in the auditing during finalization of Accounts, Audits and review of Internal Controls.   - Checking of standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared under Indian GAAP and IFRS and application of its principles.  - Preparation of IFRS Impact Analysis report   - Preparation of Consolidated and standalone financial statement under IFRS for Company.  - Helping group in converting from BGAAP based accounts to IFRS based accounts.  - To help preparing and to support the Group in the implementation of IFRS as an expert.  - Supporting the consolidation department to come to consolidated statements under IFRS.  - Prepare the group for first consolidation as per IFRS.  - To follow all changing knowledge of IFRS standards
